Porchlink Media is the leading publisher of homeowner and community association newsletters in the Denver metro area. We have been working with local communities for over 20 years and are very passionate about neighborhood communications.
Porchlink Media has been publishing the Willow Talk since March 2009. In addition, they publish the newsletters for Willow Creek 1 & 3, Willow Wisp & Willow Works. Porchlink Media also publishes the HOA newsletter for Foxridge and neighborhoods in Aurora and Parker.

Discounts
- If you pre-pay for five months, (or set up monthly debits from a credit card or debit card) you get the sixth month for free. This is equal to over 15% off our monthly rates.
- “New Advertiser Promotion”: Buy two months; get the 3rd month 35% off!
- Discount rate for advertising in all 3, Willow Creek 1, 2, & 3, newsletters (1629 homes).
Deadline
- All advertising insertion orders must be submitted by the 20th of the preceding month.
- If you plan to change your ad on a monthly basis all new copy must be emailed by the 20th of the preceding month. Or if you need changes to an existing ad, please email me by the 20th of the preceding month.
Ad Design
- No charge for advertisers. Please email logos, artwork and any relevant information to kerri@porchlink.com.

Please note that we cannot take classified ads over the phone.
Basic ad rates are for up to 25 words. Ads over 25 words will be charged 0.50/word. All ads must be submitted by the 20th of the preceding month.
