Rental Information:
WC2 homeowners in good standing (dues current) may reserve the clubhouse up to 6 months in advance. Necessary paperwork and keys can be picked up at Pam's house at 8809 E. Long Ct. A $250 deposit, usage fee and contract are due within three days after the reservation is made. To avoid a late-key fee, keys must be returned immediately following your event along with the completed cleaning checklist. The clubhouse rental contract, rules and regulations and cleaning checklist are available online.
Description of facility:
With knotty pine rustic beams as the inspiration to create a comfy, Colorado-rustic, warm interior, the Willow Way Clubhouse was renovated in 2011. Willow Way Clubhouse offers a perfect setting for smaller gatherings, group meetings or business functions. The main room can seat 40 people, (50 people standing) and can be rented year round. The Clubhouse rental includes the main room, a kitchen, a small dining room, and a rest room. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, sink, microwave, and plenty of counter space. There are two 4 ft by 6 ft tables, 5 card tables and 25 black folding chairs. Floor to ceiling windows look out to the Willow Way pool, which can also be rented for an extra fee during the summer season. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a volleyball court, which is a popular amenity of this clubhouse for all. The patio doors open out to a deck with a gas grill. Wall art in the clubhouse features seasonal pictures of our very own Willow Creek area!

Community Organization Use $15 with WC2 Board approval
Willow Way Pool Rental only $145 up to 50 people (2 hour party)
Willow Way Pool & Clubhouse Rental $190 up to 50 people (2 hour party)
